Our Occupational Health & safety Department provides support in all aspects of health and safety relating to field and administrative operations. We are committed to ensure the health and well being of the public., the environment and all our employees, subcontractors and suppliers.

Our priority is focused on the mission of ZERO Harm to people , and our culture is one where all employees are aware that their health and safety is of our highest concern and a condition of employment. The two pillars of the ZERO Harm protocol are communication and ownership.

Their safety values are cascaded down to every worker in the company and promote an over all safety mindset on every task completed.

The objective of safety cultural program is to achieve safety excellence through the involvement of all employees. Safety is a condition of employment at Al Zakwani Enterprises and every one plays a role in meeting the target of ZEROHarm. Safety culture is based on behaviours, which are beliefs , assumptions and norms also known as “unwritten codes of behavior”. The safety culture program involves front line hourly workers surfacing issues and empowering the group to brainstorm and collectively work toward reducing risk of injury to all. Our employees regularly perform work at heights, confirmed space activities, trenching, working in traffic and many other heavy civil activities.
